Booking and Reservation:
1. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the safari.
Cancellation Policy:
2. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the safari start date are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 90 days of the safari start date.
Itinerary Changes:
4. The safari itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, wildlife movements, or other factors beyond our control.
Travel Insurance:
5. It is strongly recommended that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation expenses.
Health and Vaccinations:
6. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary vaccinations and medical clearance to join the safari.
Wildlife Interaction:
7. Participants must adhere to guidelines provided by safari guides for wildlife viewing and photography. The safety of both participants and wildlife is of utmost importance.
Responsibility:
8. The safari operator is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Participants are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
Force Majeure:
9. The safari operator is not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
Code of Conduct:
10. Participants are expected to respect local cultures, wildlife, and the environment. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the safari without refund.
Liability:
11. The safari operator and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the safari.
Jurisdiction:
12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Republic of Tanzania, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Arusha.
